Return and Exchange

We want our Motorinos to be stoked with their purchase. So if you are not happy for any reason, we will exchange the product for a different item of equal $ value. 

Please return your garment to the address below and we will ship it back to you for free! (Australian orders only, international orders are at the buyers expense)

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes etc. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. (The return needs to be done within 30 days). 

In the event that the requested item is not available, we will have the amount of the item given back to you in Store Credit. 

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.

Refunds

If you aren't happy with your product and wouldn't like an exchange/store credit, please send it back to our HQ and we can refund you.

The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.

We do not offer refunds for any items on sale. However, we do offer store credit. 

Faulty or incorrect items

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact us via email info@northbondimotorino.com.au. Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

SALE

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. 

All orders purchased with a CODE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
